Broadway Care & Rehab in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care across shifts and support individualized care plans for residents in our senior living facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members according to resident needs and capabilities.
• Administers medications.
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents.
• Documents treatments as required.
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is kept safe.
• Other duties as assigned.
