Redstone Highlands in Murrysville, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team for a full-time weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 pm – 6:30 am) at our Personal Care location.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and collaborate with a supportive team. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive health plans, PTO after 30 days, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Register with state nursing board and maintain clinical competency.
• Ability to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive direct nursing care to residents in our facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state standards.
• Complete admissions assessments, care plans, and physician orders timely.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation of resident health status and care.
