Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time daylight shifts 6:00 am – 6:30 pm at Greensburg Skilled Nursing. Join our skilled nursing team and deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive direct nursing care to residents within our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or living facilities.
• Administer medications and clinical treatments accurately according to physician orders and state standards.
• Complete thorough admissions assessments, interim care plans, service plans, and physician order processing in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, compliant electronic health records (EHR) and documentation regarding resident health status, treatments, and care plans.
• Promote and maintain a safe, therapeutic, and abuse-free environment for all residents.
