MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 23-bed unit in Waterloo, IA. You will care for post-surgical and general medical patients, focusing on pain management and holistic, patient- and family-centered care.

This full-time, night-shift role (.9 FTE, 7p-7a) includes a sign-on bonus starting at $10,000 and requires current IA RN licensure. BSN preferred; no prior experience required. Benefit-rich environment with strong teamwork and patient safety at the core.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
