Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Weekend Program on the Med/Surg 4 East Unit in Summit, WI. The role supports patient care on an 18-bed unit with a focus on observation status and varied medical/post-operative diagnoses.

Weekend night shifts run Friday to Sunday, 7pm-7:30am, with holiday rotations and hourly differential added to base pay. Eligible for full benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure safety and quality of care.
