Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to guide care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Support orientation and ongoing professional development for new staff.
• Achieve ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications as required.
