Huntsville Hospital Health System in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate outcomes during each shift. You will be accountable for patient care results and work within established standards.

New RN graduates are welcome to apply. The role requires an Alabama nursing license, BLS, and appropriate certifications for critical care areas; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed depending on unit Population.

• Current Alabama or multi-state nursing license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in orientation.
• ACLS, PALS or NRP required for critical care areas based on patient population.

OverviewMaintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients. The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment. The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing License, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama or Multi-state Nursing License required.BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period.
