Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic team. The role supports patient care alongside the PACT team and emphasizes a weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist practitioners with exams, triage, patient education, and care coordination while upholding VA guidelines and privacy requirements. A BSN is preferred; VA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN allowed if VA contract permits.
• 2–3 years RN experience in primary/ambulatory care.
• Current VA credentialing and good standing.
• Unrestricted RN license in US state/territory.
• BLS certification; ACLS as contract requires.
• Proficiency in English; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist practitioners with patient care and exams.
• Triage unscheduled patients seeking care.
• Coordinate care within the PACT Team.
• Provide patient and family health education.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with VA guidelines.
• Support clinic outreach and enrollment initiatives.
