Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (MBON or multi-state) and BLS certification.
• Annual influenza vaccine required.
• Proven experience as a licensed nurse.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and provide best possible care and advice.
• Observe and report symptoms to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and maintain patient charts.
• Administer medications and manage treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety; decontaminate equipment and prepare beds.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants.
• Foster a supportive environment for patients and families.
• Expand knowledge by attending educational workshops, conferences, etc.
