Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program.
• Indiana RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of OR experience in Surgical Services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the physician or manager to determine needs of patients.
• Completes the routine physical assessment using standard skills in a systematic manner.
• Contributes to plan of care for predefined patient problems.
• Respects patients' rights, including informed consent, privacy and confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
• Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
• Follows company policies and department protocols.
• Assists the physician with special procedures.
