Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an RN Visit Nurse for home health care in the Oakmont area. The role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling including PRN, and daily pay options.

You will provide in-home direct patient care, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. A valid RN license and current certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per plan of care and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; monitor progress and report changes.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids per protocol.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, assist with hygiene and comfort.
• Assess for complications and provide appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure quality outcomes.

As an RN Visit Nurse - Home Health you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim Healthcare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As an RN Visit Nurse you will:

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
• Assess and document patient conditions and report change as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

To qualify for a RN Visit Nurse position with us, you will need:

• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
