Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA seeks an experienced RN to lead value analysis initiatives within the Supply Chain. You will collaborate with VATs, vendors, and clinical staff to standardize products, reduce costs, and maintain quality patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Supply Chain, Risk Management and Infection Prevention, data review, backorder management, and staff education to support safe, effective product decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years hospital experience, perioperative preferred, with Value Analysis exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Analysis efforts with VATs to identify savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to optimize product standardization and cost reductions.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and backorder management.
• Educate clinical staff on product changes and rationalization to maintain quality care.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Infection Prevention on safety and compliance.
