Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift.
• Mentor new graduate nurses and participate in shared governance.
• Participate in NGMC/NHGS committees and councils.
• Promote patient experience, safety, and quality improvements.
