Duke University Hospital's Urology Clinic in Durham, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 4/10s schedule on-site. The role includes direct patient care, pre/post-operative assessments, and coordination of urology services.

Eligible candidates will have a Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing (or an ADN/Diploma with progress toward BSN), and must obtain NC license within 90 days. Monday–Friday hours, no weekends involved.

Qualificações

• Twelve months of appropriate clinical nursing experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) or equivalent nursing education.
• North Carolina nursing license or ability to obtain within 90 days of start.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care.
• Use nursing judgment to individualize the plan of care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Assist nursing personnel and act as team leader or charge nurse as assigned.
• Monitor environment of care and resources, equipment, and materials.
