Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Salem, MA seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for our outpatient urology practice at 400 Highland Avenue. The role supports direct patient care, education, and care coordination in a busy ambulatory setting.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications and IV therapy, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Shift is M-F, daytime hours.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse license required.
  • Basic Life Support certification preferred.
  • 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
  • 1–2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care in outpatient ambulatory setting.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to coordinate care.
  • Administer medications and perform IV therapy.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and support infection control.

Our team at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA evaluates and treats a wide range of adult urologic conditions, offering advanced care that includes minimally invasive surgical techniques such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal, and percutaneous approaches.We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse to support our busy ambulatory practice.
