Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Beverly, MA is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our 132-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with shifts 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7, and pay from $40 to $55 per hour plus up to $5 shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license is required.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and the care plan.
• Follow care plans set by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration per plan of care.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
