Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care according to physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
