Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time and PRN roles. You will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and follow individualized care plans to ensure dignity and wellbeing.

Shifts include 7 am–3 pm, with up to $3.50 shift differential and options for daily pay. A current MA RN license and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with teams.
