Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state registrations and certifications as required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages clinical services for a nursing unit.
• Coordinates nursing care and facilitates the interdisciplinary team.
• Assesses systems to deliver quality resident care and resolves care-related issues.
• Implements nursing procedures, develops and executes plans of care.
• Provides health education to patients and families and participates in quality assurance.
• Completes required forms in accordance with policy and regulations, and supports operations during shortages.
