Job summary

Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare is hiring an RN Supervisor/Unit Manager to deliver quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN will manage care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families to optimize resident outcomes.

The role requires PA RN licensure, a nursing degree, and BCLS certification, with prior SNF experience preferred. On-site work with a focus on teamwork and leadership across nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid PA state RN license.
• Current AHA BCLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned residents.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnosis procedures and treatments.
• Communicate care plans to residents and families.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, and assist CNAs and nursing staff on the unit.
• Coordinate resident care with other health team members.
