Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Tyrone, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager to lead nursing services and manage unit operations. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, quality care and collaborate with physicians, residents, and families.

The role requires an RN license in PA, BCLS, and skilled nursing experience. On-site duties include supervising CNAs, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid PA state RN license and current BCLS.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments as assigned.
• Admit and assess residents including initial care plan.
• Direct, supervise and assist CNAs and nursing staff.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain thorough charting and documentation each shift.
