Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to licensed nurses and CNAs in a post-acute setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic care.
• Conduct regular rounds to address resident needs and concerns.
• Develop and manage nursing budgets; order supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
