Job summary

Atrium Centers in South Haven, MI is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing services across licensed units. You will plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct care under the DON, ensuring care plans are followed.

The role requires at least 3 years in long-term care with management, an active RN license, IV certification, and solid knowledge of state rules. On-site day shift with on-call and some PRN night/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least three years of nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with management responsibility.
• Current RN license.
• IV certification required.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive attitude and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the director of DON.
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services for residents per their care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.
