Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) for South Haven Nursing & Rehab. This full-time position runs 8 AM - 4 PM with on-call and some night/weekend PRN, requiring managerial experience in a skilled nursing setting and a current RN license.

The RN will lead nursing services across licensed units under the DON, assess residents, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants. State regulations knowledge and a positive attendance record are essential to success.

Qualifications

At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with management experience.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations.
Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.
