Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day nursing operations for assigned unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor clinical documentation, care plans, and quality measures.
• Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support infection control practices and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education as needed.
