Qualifications

• Valid, current RN license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provides support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment.
• Reviews orders and care plans; provides direct nursing care as needed.
• Supervises staff and CNAs to ensure quality duties and documentation.
