Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. You will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, coordinate care with physicians and therapy teams, and mentor nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active North Carolina RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit.
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff.
