Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Proven experience in nursing management or similar.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and sterile processing.
• Experience with ICD-10 documentation.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.
• Oversee clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Provide training and education on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
• Address staffing issues to maintain a cohesive work environment.
