Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
• Nursing Diploma with 3 years nursing experience.
• BSN with 2 years nursing experience.
• At least one year of nurse leadership experience.
• Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Join the nursing center management team as Unit Manager - RN and oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care on your assigned unit.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and safe care.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and minimize readmissions.
• Mentor and educate nurses and serve as a resource to staff regarding service quality.
• Oversee medication management to ensure supplies and policy compliance.
• Provide direct patient care along with unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.
