Emerald Health and Rehab is seeking a nurse leader to oversee clinical operations in a skilled nursing setting in Lillington, NC. The role emphasizes developing care plans, directing nursing care, and supervising staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards while fostering a compassionate, team-based environment and supporting ongoing professional development for the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work (North Carolina).
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitary techniques and maintain compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care quality.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and facility policies.
• Support the Director of Nursing Services and ensure high-quality care.
