Job summary

CareOne at Weymouth in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned clinical unit. The role includes ensuring staffing levels, coordinating care, leading meetings, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and HIPAA.

Requirements include RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and LTC supervisory experience; two years LTC and acute care experience preferred. Compensation up to $114,400 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must be an actively licensed RN in assigned state(s) of employment
• Two years of LTC experience.
• Acute Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels meet each shift to render resident care.
• Attend and lead the weekly resident At Risk meetings and PPS/QA sessions.
• Monitor nursing staff and ensure complete documentation.
• Review and follow up on 24-hour condition changes and care plans.
• Greet admissions and assist with the admission process as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal rules and HIPAA.
