Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing care for all residents on the assigned long-term care unit with daily leadership to licensed nurses and staff.
- Ensure delivery of care aligns with professional nursing standards and applicable laws.
- Lead the nursing team to support clinical quality and resident-centered care.
- Promote collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.
