American Senior Communities is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care for residents on the assigned unit. The role includes supervising licensed nurses and other nursing staff, and ensuring care aligns with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing care for all residents on the assigned unit and supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel.
• Manages the unit in accordance with nursing standards, company philosophy, and all laws and regulations.
• Promotes communication and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality resident care.
