Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit.
• Provides daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.
• Oversees delivery of care and manages the unit in accordance with company philosophy and regulations.
