Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise comprehensive resident care plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training, supervision, and performance coaching of staff.
• Develop and implement unit policies, manage budgets and resources, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and other departments for seamless operations.
