Qualifications

• RN licensure in Pennsylvania (active) is required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate and supervise resident care plans in compliance with regulations.
