Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current State License as a RN or LPN
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Supervises CNAs and other staff on shift.
• Documents care provided and maintains confidentiality.
• Rounds unit to ensure safe, clean care environment.
• Communicates with Residents, families, and staff.
• Responds to call lights promptly.
• Assists with admissions and transfers.
