Job summary

You will lead a team, develop care plans, supervise daily operations, conduct assessments, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote residents' health and well-being in a supportive, Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience supervising in long-term care.

Responsibilities
