The Pines at Rutland Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. You will ensure delivery of quality care, foster a positive work environment, and support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Lead a team of nurses and support staff, develop care plans, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
