Gulf Coast Health and Rehabilitation LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit in a long-term care or skilled facility in Alabama. You will oversee day-to-day resident care, supervise nursing staff, and report to the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.

You will liaise between residents and families, perform regular rounds, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Alabama is required.
• At least two years of nursing experience and one year in a supervisory role.
• Clerical ability to read reports and utilize data for other purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident care and supervise nursing staff.
• Provide regular patient rounds and assess residents’ conditions and care quality.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatments and nursing observations.
