Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day resident care and maintains restorative health.
• Develops and implements resident care plans.
• Evaluates and meets each resident’s care needs.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages performance as needed.
• Collaborates with Director of Nursing and physicians to plan care.
• Conducts audits, charting, and administrative tasks.
