Qualifications

• Must hold NJ RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Assess and respond to resident conditions using the nursing process.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to maintain high standard of care.
• Document care and services per policy; complete required reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
• Document changes in resident condition and medical plans of care.
• Keep team informed of changes in care plans.
