Job summary

Edmonds Post Acute in Edmonds, WA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team on our unit. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nurses and CNAs, and ensure safe, high-quality care during patient recovery.

This leadership role reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a competitive salary ($120,000–$135,000/year) based on experience, with strong growth potential in a locally managed facility.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Washington State (or ability to obtain).
• Experience supervising nurses and CNAs in skilled nursing/post-acute settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations on the unit.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses, CNAs, and staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and care plans; partner with interdisciplinary team.
