Job summary
The Mariemont Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Full-Time RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations on a nursing unit and lead a dedicated nursing team. This role is ideal for an experienced RN ready to step into or continue a leadership role within a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Leadership or unit-management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day nursing operations for assigned unit.
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor clinical documentation, care plans, and quality measures.
- Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Infection control and quality improvement support.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education as needed.
