Job summary

Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Unit Manager for a full-time role in a 240-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. You will lead nursing operations on an assigned unit, ensuring safe, resident-centered care guided by core values of passion, respect and excellence.

The position requires an active PA RN license, BLS, and a minimum of five years of nursing experience, including two years in supervision. Daily Pay available and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA in good standing.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a nursing center or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit.
• Coordinate resident care to support physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure incident reporting and follow-up with Administrator and DON.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
• Support development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
