Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
- High level understanding of leadership, customer service and clinical competency.
- Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist to develop, implement and update individual care plans.
- Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
- Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders.
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations.
- Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance.
- Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers.
- Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff.
