Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to oversee care management for a defined patient population within an assigned unit and to ensure quality nursing care under the Nurse Practice Act.

The role requires a NJ RN license and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or long‑term care setting, along with training in rehabilitative nursing practices. Onsite location in New Jersey with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management for a defined patient population within an assigned unit or clinical function.
• Perform nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under the Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
