Job summary

Flagler-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Cente in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team, direct daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements: Florida RN license, 5+ years in nursing, at least 1 year supervising nurses, CPR/BLS, and strong leadership. Benefits include an $8,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience (Long Term Care preferred).
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care
Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department
Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards
