Job summary

Indian River Center in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies, and drive improvements in patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a valid Florida RN license, at least 5 years of nursing experience including supervisory responsibilities, and CPR/BLS certification. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the relevant state (FL for Florida).
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care.
• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
