Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and help ensure individualized care needs are met.
• Support staff development, provide guidance, and promote teamwork.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Oversee infection prevention and control practices; monitor infection trends and assist with surveillance, reporting, and documentation.
• Educate staff on infection prevention procedures, PPE use, and hand hygiene.
